script syntax or variable?

I would like to find the syntax or the variable setup to save a drawing.
I use
(Filedia and Cmddia set to 0 )

save name.dwg

In some computer it save it without any problems, in other the save windows
popup and ask me the name of the file. Then the script takes "name.dwg" as a
new command.! and stop.
Any suggestion?
