percent lisp....

I'm looking for a percent lisp (grades a pipe at 10x exaggeration). it will show the text above the line.

 

The one I'm currently using doesnt want to show the text.

I see some other things that could be addressed, but first:  Does the current Text Style have a defined [fixed, non-zero] height?  If it does, the height question won't be asked in the Text command, and the o$$ variable will be fed in as the rotation angle, and the pause will be waiting for a response to the text content prompt.
