I agree with you that most of the "regulars" here have read it. I guess I
was also looking at the Tips on Discussion Group Etiquette which state:
When replying to a post, include your message above the quoted text.
When replying to a post, delete the parts of the quoted text that your
message does not address.
Many people do not do this but I suppose this is just a tip and not a ground
rule
