Xref Clipping

Hello All,

Is there a way, programmically, to bind or create the objects only visible
from the xclipped area of an xref and delete the nonvisible objects from the
xclip? Any assistance would be great.

Thanks

I don't think so. It would be especially difficult if there were more than
one copy of the xref. If you bind an xref name, you bind all instances of
the xref. You can't even go in and wblock or copyclip objects while in
REFEDIT. If you need to do something like that, you need XREFED.lsp from my
website which opens up the referenced drawing in another drawing session.

Just curious, what type of drawings are you looking to break out? Production sheets?
I think depending on the application this is entirely possible, but more information would be helpful.
Just my 2 cents!
