Weird issue with the Start Up Suite Contents...

Ok So here's my problem,

I have a lisp file that is loaded via the Startup Suite Contents, Under the Loaded Applications Tab in the Load Applications Dialog Box, it lists it as being loaded, but none of the commands from this lisp file are working. How do I fix this?

Thanks,
Adam Richardson

Only message I get is if I try to put (C:HAZOPEN) which is one of the functions in the lisp file, which is Error: no function definition: C:HAZOPEN or if I just type HAZOPEN I get HAZOPEN Unkown command "HAZOPEN". Press F1 for help.

So I was looking at something else and scrolled up after hitting F2 and found a Malformed LIst on Input and realized that one of my other Lisp files wasn't finishing loading, and that was probably what was killing the other one. I missed a end quote on one of my functions and thus it wasn't letting everything load
