Transparency in AutoCAD 2004 toolbar

I have imported a .mnu and resource dll file from AutoCAD2002 to
AutoCAD2004. It works but it loses the transparency color!
Does anybody know how to set transparency in custom toolbar with .mnu and
resource dll in AutoCAD 2004?
