Table from dynamic blocks

Hello,I have created these dynamic blocks and let me know if there is a lisp that can generate one or more columns in the table that will deliver the code for each of the indicated blocks,for the purpose of counting or metering, I haveattached the files worked.

If you use dataextraction you can get the data , but not the image at the table
