Set Favorites in the Open Dialog Box using Lisp

Was wondering if anyone knows if this is even possible??? Wouldn't think so but thought i would ask.. 

AutoCAD 2012..

Just use lisp edit the Window registry:

My one is here

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R19.1\ACAD-D001:409\Profiles\<<Unnamed Profile>>\Dialogs\AllAnavDialogs

An implied task is that you need to obtain the current items, and their applicable index numbers, determine where in that sort order to place your items and temporarily rename all applicable keys, so that you can rename/reorder them with their new index positions.
