Right Clicking?

I had asked this question in the Architectural desktop ng, but i havnt
recieved an answer so im hoping someone in here may be able to help me.

I have my right click settings to the following---when objects selected show
menu. I know how to add things to this menu for specific objects (hatch,
dims, etc.) but how do i add a specific object that isnt there already, like
a block, or architectural desktop items, if anyone knows anything or can
point me in the right direction i will be extremely grateful.
