We have entered the world of CNC. We have a drill line that reads a DSTV file. We are using a third party software to export a drawing view(s) to .NC1 file, to be imported into the drill line controller. We want to send a PDF file to the operator that will match the .NC1 file, so that the operator knows how to orient the beam on the drill line.
Here is what I would like to and I don't know how to do it easily. I want to publish or plot a specific view to a PDF file with the same name as the drawing file. I would like to start a LISP command, pick two points, and have the rest automated. Right now, we are doing the process manually.
Is there any routines that will allow me to do this? Or any suggestions on where I should start. All comments and suggestion appreciated.
