Partial Customization Questions

I used to modify Autocad by simplay changing the main cui file and then copying this files over top of the existing on other user's computers.

I am told that this is a no-no and I should go down the partial cui path.

I have figured out how to create a new partial cui file and how to add commands to it and load lisp files. However there is so much I still need to learn.

My questions are as follows:

1) Can anyone recommend a good resource on the web for step by step simple instructions on how to best create a new company wide deployment (ie proper use of cui files including partial, explanation on enterprise cuis etc)

2) We like to have some custom commands and lisp routines accessed via the right click "Context menu for default mode". How can I avoid editing the main cui file and add commands to this via a partial cui?
