Multyple Xref insertion at once - Need help with LISP

Hi,



The attached LISP should enable multiple xref insertion into a drawing when

for each xref a separate layer is created for better xref control),



I have almost completed the lisp however I have difficulties with the final

stage of the insertion into the drawing,



Can someone please take a look at it and enlightened me with the problem,
