Move entities to top routine....

I have a routine, that simply moves entities from 0,0 to 0,0 thus making
them show up on top (i.e. when things overlap directly)
this routine no longer makes things show up on top in acad2011 anyone know
why?

I think you need to look at the draworder command.

You may also want to make sure SORTENTS is set to 127.
I've had problems with other values in previous versions.
