Lisp to change multiple hyperlinks

We are trying to Archive older projects which have been hyperlinked to
external files, and are concerned that the link will be broken once we move
the files.

Is there a lisp routine out there that will globally change the path of
existing links, or repath multiple links at one time. Instead of
regenerating these hyperlinks individually.
(Cause that would (edited)!)

Just wondering...
