Leader Tail Length

My comapany's standard requires the leader tail (plot) length to be 1/8"
long.
Is there a way to preconfigure the tail length for various dimscales?

i think it is tied to the arrowhead size.

make the arrowhead 1/8" (plotted size).

if that arrowhead its too big, try making a user symbol that uses a smaller arrowhead but with a
little "tail" that takes the symbol to 1/8" length overall.
