Install Program Options

Hello,

I have been using InstallShield for many years. I am currently stuck using
InstallShield 5.5. There is a later release of InstallShield 6.x and 7.x
but they will not upgrade the InstallShield 5.x based projects. Also,
InstallShield has always had bugs that has caused way to may headaches in
the past. I am ready to try something different.

I wanted to know what other programs are available to install my ObjectARX
based product.

Thanks,
Pat

Hi go to www.cadwerx.net. This site has a free installation program for use with another free installation program to make it usefull for installing AutoCAD plug-ins. Thanks Chad Wanless

I use Setup Generator Pro. It's around $50 but the nice thing is that it
allows you to create a single exe file for the setup. They also have a
freeware version available but I think it lacks the single exe file option.
