How to fix my bad block attribute! !!

Hi
I need fix a block attribute named "NrPunct.dwg"
MyProblem: after I insert the block “NrPunct” in my drawing ,, I cannot modify "textHeight", when I edit the ATTDEF (or attribute) with the command “DDEDIT” . Why?

Whatever the Textstyle of your ATTDEF entity . say STANDARD.. set that to 0.00
