Dean Suggested I post the following post here. Here it is.

I am trying to post for help. I have type AutoCad 2008, TXT2Mtxt in Subject line and an error message came in stating the subject is not suitable for the Discussion group and rejected. After a while it stated that same message have been submitted many time and the system is overload or something like that.

What is happening?

I think it was a forums issue that is now resolved, as you're not alone in this error... See this post:
