Many years ago I had a little utility in which I could import a .pat file and have it export to a new .pat file based on a new scale factor. This routine was able to scan the .pat file and re-calculate the values based on the scale factor I gave it. For the life of me, I cannot remember what the routine was called and where I can find it. Does anyone have any insight on where I can find this utility?
