FixedProfile Exports but does not Import

It seems that although the FixedProfile portion of a profile is easily backed up, it cannot be restored in any straight-forward manner. If I'm wrong please feel free to correct me.

When you export a profile, the FixedProfile portion of the registry and the contents of the FixedProfile.aws are included in the exported ARG file. However, when that ARG file is imported, those FixedProfile portions do nothing. Similarly, any settings stored in FixedProfile (e.g. pickbox size or osnap color) do not change when you switch profiles, hence the name fixed profile.

I think I get the reasoning behind having some settings tied to the Windows profile but independent of the AutoCAD profile. It seems like a gross oversight to not have any straight-forward way to restore those settings though.
