Encrypt, as you know, is in the VLIDE.
Why would you need to decrypt your own code when you have the source code?

Not all of us have the source code. some of us have taken over from a
predecessor and are trying to update some existing code. Not that we're
trying to steal someone else's work but the stuff was paid for at the time
of writing. (company time). So it's staying in house.

Unfortunately, the only thing you can learn from such a situation is
that you need a better policy governing the creation and maintenance
of custom code.

I agree totally. The only reason that I said that was because of the
sensitivity within this group to think that any time someone wants to decode
something it has only negative connotations.
