    I can't do a video, but the attached drawing (Acad2004) shows the stages with simple notes that you could translate.

    Look, have you tried the manual method - it doesn't take that long once you have the base viewport set up.

     

    A lisp will only save a few seconds each time you need to create 'sub-views' so unless you plan to use this several times every day, it is not even worth the time to write a lisp.

     

    While you have been waiting for someone to write a lisp for you, you could have tried and used the manual method - it is not difficult.
