Automatic exit AutoCAD 2002 when no activity for a while?

Hi all,

I have to make a program for AutoCAD 2002 in Lisp.
This program has to quit AutoCAD when no activity is detected for a while
(10 minutes or so).

Before I begin: Has somebody made such a program and wants to share it with
me?
Or has somebody has some tips for making this.

The purpose:
To free up a license in an AutoCAD 2002 NLS environment when somebody
"forgot" to quit his AutoCAD session and goes away out of the office.
So anybody else can use that licence.
