Automatic Publish Custom Folder Location

I use Automatic Publish to make PDFs of my drawings when I close them. Currently I have them go to a fixed location on my computer and them move them to their subfolder in our network filing system.

I would use the option ".DWF and PDF (sub-folder relative to drawing folder)", but my folder namings aren't what AutoCAD assumes. Is there a file/option somewhere so I can tell it the name of the subfolder I want it to use to store my auto-published PDFs?
