Autocad 200 malfunction after trying freeware

Regenerating model.
; error: no function definition: _VLA-init

above is the error message after i try freeware "converter"
i already unloaded the freeware, some of the command cannot be operated such as express tool and cal. Also, I load some customed Lisp, it said it was load successfully, but still i cannot use the customed command
I dowmload the file from budcad.com

Also, you may need to do a partial or complete reinstall.

The three Rs of computers: Restart, Reboot, Reinstall.
