AutoCAD 2010 ribbon customization

I have been able to create my own Viewports panel and tab for the ribbon in ACAD 2010. My company uses a lot of architectural scales, so I have added a pulldown with those scales.

Sometimes we will need to have Civil and Metric scales. Is there an easy way to have either multiple flyouts or separate the the somewhat long list of scales, so I do not see Architectural, Metric and Civil scales all at once?

Right now I have architectural first, then civil then metric. While not the end of the world to see them all at once, was just trying to see if I can make it a little motr user friendly.

I would break them down into separate Rows.  I have attached a pic of something simialar I did but with our mulitple borders. On the left is what our ribbon looks like.  You can use the pull down on the plan borders as well to get a list of those borders to insert.  On the right is what my cui looks like for the ribbon.  Hope this helps.
