Acton Macros Have Stopped Working

I have a bunch of action macros that change my tool palettes to manufacturer-specific palettes I have made. They randomly like to stop working. 

For example, today I restarted my computer, and now none of them are working. I get an "Unknown Command" error when I try to use them. My action recorder settings in my option DB are pointing to the correct folder. A folder which DEFINITELY contains action macros with the names I'm typing in. Also, sometimes my tool palettes (the default one that starts up with AC) do this, too. 

Previously when they've done this, they've randomly started working again, and I REALLY need to figure out what's causing this. 

I'm currently on 2015, though this has done this with all my releases since 2012.
