userform_initialize + datagrid+ADO

Hi,
How to transfer the Datagrid' cursor to requested row from the procedure userform_initialize ?
For cursor transfering when form is shown I use follow code:

objGrid.Scroll 0, numRow
objGrid.SelBookmarks.Add objGrid.Bookmark

But in my case this code don't work. I tried to set suitable value to rec_set.AbsolutePosition .But it isn't help too.
