Is anyone aware of a plug-in tutorial that clearly explains how to "get started" utilizing Acad2014 and Visual Basic 2010? I've been here http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?id=18162650&siteID=123112 but once installing all appropriate software the AutoCad Template for the Visual Basic plug-in does not show at the startup.
