Macro to Convert Splines to Polylines

I am looking for a way to convert all my splines to polylines. The acad command will only let you select 1 spline at a time and there isn't a convert method in VBA.

I do recall that there is a way in vba to call a command and then populate the options but I cant remember how to do it.

What want to do is create a collection of splines, loop through them, call the convert to polyline command and convert each one.

Can someone remind me of how to call a command frrom vba.
