Inserting a block into a table cell via VBA.

Anybody know how to do this? I'm trying to add a blockreference to a table cell and edit an attribute in the blockreference with VBA. Honestly, if I just knew which AcadTable method to use, I'd be able to take it from there.... I just can't seem to find which method it is.

object.SetBlockTableRecordId row, col, blkId, bAutoFit
