Help with vba that doesnt seem to anything please

I am attaching a dvb that I can't figure out what it is supposed to do. I load it then type in vbarun, but it is not shown in that dialog box as having the ability to run. Can someone please take a look at this and give me their input. Thanks.

It's a project containing a single form, frmEnvironment. Appears to simply
set the Support & Driver Search Path settings. Calling frmEnvironment.Show
from a Public Sub _should_ run it. Or maybe -VBARun
"enviroment.dvb!frmEnvironment.Show.
