I am trying to change block attributes to change their layer and color but
I am having a problem with nested blocks. I have one block that has been blocked
twice under two different names. The first bock has the attributes in it. Is it
possable to access those attributes and change thier layer & color. I am interested
in the block defination and the block reference so it will probably require two routines.
