VBA is being dicontinued. What about visual c++ 6.0 will it work any autocad version ?

Really? Who told you that? I read and heard that now since release 2010 but now, with 2013, it exists again.

Hey, com on, C++ 6.0 is more than 10 years old, based on operating systems like Win95. Currently, to develop C++/ARX applications for AutoCAD (C++) you need VS2010 (at least it's recommended by Autodesk). There may be some ways to work around but at least with Win8 or with 64bit you will have your issues with your app's then.

Come to the presence, upgrade to Visual Studio and you will get surprised of the debugging options you have nowadays. 😉

Did you try work a vba rotine or vb on autocad 2011 or 2012 ?

Unless C++ is a native cad language, do you know that I mean ?

But I don't know any people using version 6.0 (at least the IDE from 6.0) currently 😉

Wow, I don't know where you get your informations from.

It is right that I'm using vb.net

But it is not right, that I'm not using VBA (and yes, I know the difference)

No matter language you know, therefore results have being satisfatory. That maybe lisp and dcl, vba, vb, arx, c++ and so on. When I posted, I d'like ear experience voice to give a safe direction. I've developing with  vb6 since r14 version and using vb6. Vb6 has had satisfatory results on r14 until 2010 versions. On versions 2011 and 2012 only 32 bits, but slowly. So... whats is slow ? One, two seconds pause to the functions  work ? For me it isn't matter.
