This is more of a consideration for National Standards Compliance than a direct Feature Request. The UK National Annex to the BIM Standards (ISO 19650-2) uses leading secondary Revisions. So up and till the point of construction Release a Typical Revision Sequence would be.. P1.01, P1.02, P1.03 .... P1, P2.01, P2.02, P2.03....P2 ............ Where the Revision only comprised of the Primary Revision is the finalisation of the secondaries.. Irrespective of my own views of this, we find having to implement such a scheme to comply with customers requirements to comply with ISO 19650. We have a work around in vault which is to build a revision sequence where the Primary system, really is a combination of every primary & secondary revision, and use manual revision changes as neccessary, which is less than ideal. To enable best compliance with standards it would seem necessarily to allow revision schemes flexibility to have a leading or trailing revision sequence, which is becoming more industry wide.
