allow Reports to be saved to Vault

Currently the workflow to save Vault Reports is not user friendly.

Reports need to be saved locally then saved into vault.

Add the ability to save reports directly into vault after the user decides if it is a PDF, Word, Excel

Also fix the ability to choose the Advanced Find Reports from Vault ( Currently the User can only chooes from the local workspace ) Folder reports support Vault and Local workspace. Needs to be consistent for all reports.
