Job Processor / send to job server.

If you are using Job Processor, there should be an option in vault, to enforce all users to send to job server during check in.

This could be an option in: administration\vault settings\visualization.

I agree, this would be a very useful tool. I would like to go one step further, be able to select users that have to publish to  Vault. I do not require all users to publish.

In my company, not everybody has license to install Inventor.

Many users use Design Review rep. 

It's really big thing to check every time if design engineer has made a mistake and created locally view,
or there is a typical problem with Job Processor.

We have questions from the team. Would you need to enforce and not enforce these 2 following actions separately? Why/Why not?

• Enforce publishing visualization attachment
• Enforce using the job server
