ECO Appove and Close

Since Files in ECO's don't seem utilize the effectivity date piece of the ECO process, it would be good if...

1). Files did leverage this part of the ECO process

2). If above can't be done, then enable an "Approve & Close" workflow when using Files in the ECO process.

3). In addition, would be great if the ECO process could drive the file category lifecycle states like it does for Items.
