Change Order searches

It would be extememely helpful to add records in the search criteria for change orders.  Currently you can only search on the number of items or file attachments to a change order.  Frequently we need to be able to search for all change orders that affect a certain item or file.  You can go to the Item Master and see the list of change orders for that item but many times my users are in the Change Order List and would prefer to search there on other criteria simultaneously as well.  Am I missing an existing way to do this?

I am also looking for a way to search the affected items on a change order. I need to be able to report on how many items are being changed per month and cannot do that without being able to access a report on affected items. Please help.
