productstream 2009 changes the dwf configuration

We recently migrated to PS2009. All our dawings and dwf's were arranged to be in letter size.

For some reasoon after the migration of the files, PS is changing the size of the dwf''s to 11 x 17. I have been trying to fix this but I won't find where.

Have you looked in the publish options.xml file? Is this happening on ACAD
based files or Inventor files? If it is for ACAD based files it is being
called out that the default is 11X17 so you should be able to change it.

White paper on Publish options on the Autodesk website:

Thanks for the reply. The error message we are getting is,

Warning: The visualization file displayed is marked as non-compliant, and may inaccurately reflect the data file!

I will look in the publishing options as suggested, so far it looks like just the acad files are 11x17 but the error message shows up on all released drawings

There is a tool that allow you to create all dwf vault files again. I have the idea of deleting all vault dwf files and create them again.

I have not trying yet.

Best regards

The following bullet is found in the readme:

"A new property has been added to the files in the vault called
Visualization Compliance. This property indicates if a visualization file
has been updated after the last change to the CAD file. This property has
several states that may be set; None, Compliant, Non-compliant, Legacy, and
User Verified. Because the Visualization Compliance property did not exist
in previous releases, all files within a migrated database will be given a
default value of Legacy. Upon selection of the view tab, a warning will
populate stating that the associated visualization file may be out of date.
Please see the help file for further details."

Hope this helps.

Is there a way to verify all the visualization files? I only see a way to do that per file.
