Using the Autodesk Web Service (AWS) means you would not be connecting to
the Vault server from any clients machines - only the server itself. Is that
the case? If so, just stop the Autodesk Web Service before installing the
hotfix. You can start Vault Manager, stop the web service, exit (not
restarting it), then apply the hotfix.
Let's see if that does the trick.

I believe we are running AutodeskWebService. I am posting contents of what
is hopefully the correct log file. I have also included a screen shot of
installed programs.
