we create 10 data bases in vault server 2011, now need to migrate a DB from A server to B vault server. I do not see any data after attach the DB to B server. I think its user and group information record in “Knowledge VaultMaster” of A, but I do not migrate them to B.

Sounds like you are trying to merge two vault environments.
If so, there is no simple way of doing this - there is no common set of users and security between the two systems. A vault from another ADMS cannot be correctly attached to another environment.
The only option really is to create a new vault in the target environment and load the data from the original vault into it - either with the API or a tool like autoloader.
