Still looking at new features I've never played with, I attempted to run WOrkplace Sync, just to have a look at the options. I get this error message:
Is this a Vault issue, or a Windows security issue? Anyone have any ideas?

This is a Windows Permission issue. Also try a different directory other than the System Information directory.

Thanks for the response. This tells me where to look at least, but I get the error no matter what folder I try... I'll get with IT and look at the folder permissions.
Thank you!

That's what I'm wondering too. IT tells me now there are no restrictions on that network drive. This happens no matter what folder I select in Vault. Something was set up funky somewhere along the line.

I have not seen this error before.
But one thing to note is that Vault does create several hidden system folders in your workspace. Most of the clients, including workspace sync, need to have access to these folders in order to retieve information stored in them. If you turn on hidden folders in your workspace you may notice them, they are all named "_V".
Its possible that your windows configuration is blocking you from seeing these types of folders. But I would think that would give you issues with all your Vault clients.
