Windows directory to vault

I am working for a small tech company. We are currently using Inventor 2012 and are planning to implement Vault 2012. Currently all our parts and files are stored on the server that we will be installing Vault on. Is there a way to convert the Window file directory to a Vault without having to manually place all the files or using Autoloader and removing all our file organization?

What do you mean by "convert to a Vault?"

You can use Autoloader to check all the files into the Vault and your file structure will be maintained (though put in a folder at the root of the vault so that a single project file can be created).

Once you add the files into the Vault, all your users will be using local workspaces on their machines which they check files out to. The network share will no longer be needed.

Ah. Thank you. Reading through the wikihelp the first time it wasn't clear that Autoloader preserved directories.
