Now - If you're on subscription you can get it from the subscription centre.

You have to log in with you r username and password which you would have
recieved when you first subscribed.

If you currently aren't on subscription I don't think you're entitled to it
(I could be wrong on this, I'm sure someone will confirm)

You are correct - You need to be a current subscriber to AIS or AIP to get
the vault.

I'm from Israel and my VAR told me that he can't help.
He said that this section on autodesk site is only for US subscribers -
something I can't understand.

That's not true!
I'm in Italy and I have the subscription program.
When I did it in the past I got a message to register and they gave me my
log-in and password.
I just download the software.

Kent is correct and your VAR should provide you with details on how to
obtain access to the Subscription Center.
It is a simple task to provide you with an ftp site so that you can download
it. However, this should not be necessary.

Therefore, can you supply me with details on the name and location of your
VAR in Israel and also your contact name.

I have sent you an email as well, so please send any response to that mail.

FYI - Unless something has changed in the last two years subscription is not available in all countries. It was a big sticking point for me when I couldn't get all my sites on subscription from a global company like Autodesk.

Unles the country is on the Official US Govt Emargo list
prohibiting any exports to such countries then this should not be the case.
(sorry, can't remember exactly which ones are listed but for example, Iraq,
N. Korea, Libya)

Richard, Can you tell me which countries you had difficulties
with?

When I had users in Poland, Mexico, and Brazil I couldn't get all of them on subscription. I don't really recall who couldn't get subscription, it was either Mexico or Poland. Things change, maybe that has.



In any event I just wanted to mention that subscription isn't always a simple matter off US soil.
