Water marking a DWF in vault Pro (2012)

Is there anyway to mark a DWF in vault pro without using items such that you can tell if the DWF is system rather than client generated. This could be triggered by a lifecycle state change and I have a job server available. Again, don't mind using some API to acheive.

I have considered writting a custom job server class to acheive this wondered if any users have tried or failed at this before, or any easier methods.

Hi Ian,

Unfortunately this is not out of the box behavior for Vault Professional 2012.  I do recommend an API write up (discussed in the Vault customizations group) or perhaps checking for third party add-ons in the exchange apps (however the ones I see in the exchange are for 2013 and above).
