Thank you for your infomation.  There was a known limitation when view with IE 8 in certain Windows OS (such as Windows 7).You may want to try this trick: Minimize the view window then restore it by clicking from Windows task bar. Thus the view would be shown fine.

I am seeing the same thing with the 2012 web client and viewers. The min/max window works on the Windows 7 computers but it does not work on our computers that still have Windows XP.
