Vault with Civil - Migrate error

Hi

I am currently testing Autodesk Vault Collaboration AEC with AutoCAD Civil 3D.  I am getting regulary an error message when logging into Vault from civil that states I need to migrate the project.  When í try I get an error 303 stating that I dont have adequate premissions.  I dont get any errors in the vault log files.

What could be causing this??

Dear Hallgrimur,

with the current Vault user which you login to the civil plugin: which role(s) does it have in the Vault administration?

Can you check if it works if they have the administrator role?

Hi Hallgrimur,

based on your second screen if you go on "Projects" right mousbe button there should be a menu.
Run "migrate projects" from the menu.

Does this help?

Hi Adam

Sorry, but no I dont remember how this was fixed.  I remember we were having some issues with our user accounts.  One Error that I remember making when we were testing was to include my admin user account into a group that had less rights.

Have you tried making a dummy admin account that has full rights and is only in a admin group an see if that changes anything?

with regards

Hallgrimur
