Vault thumbnail....

All,

 

would there be any reason a Preview Thumbnail would not get created for a file?

was a visualisation file created during check in?

yes, previous versions of the file have thumbnails.  all of the settings seem correct, the file seems to center itself when I select "home" on the viewer as well.

 

odd situation...
