Vault thin client on windows 8 tablet - Need to view drawings

Gang...

I need to view vaulted drawings on a tablet, has anybody tried running the thin client on a Windows 8 OS on a tablet or phone and can you view drawings?

I can run it on Chrome and Safari, but the limitations is viewing drawings....can't do it on those systems.

Any input would be appreciated....

I guess I will ask a deeper question...will full Vault 2014 run on  a Windows 8 tablet?

Just discovered that the Thin Client only allows users to view dwf's in IE 10 or older. 

You cannot view dwf's from the thin client for IE 11.

Is this fixed in 2015 Thin Client?

What good is a thin client for Vault if you can't view files?

Hi Steveh,

Thin Client uses Autodesk Design Reviewer (ADR) to view DWF files. Users would have to install ADR, to get the plug-in in IE to view DWF files.

Prior to 2015 release, the DWF viewing is only made availabe in IE; and starting 2015 release, we added ADR browser add-in for Firefox and Chrome.

Non-cad stations won't view the dwfs from Vault.

How do we get the ADR Add-In on Chrome and Safari? Where do we get it from?
